Founded by Grant Konemann, a Central Coast-based producer, alongside Dom Youdan, originally from the UK and now Sydney-based,  artist and marketing mind, and Gen Wills, Melbourne-based powerhouse behind everything management. 

At Radford, we bring together production, strategy, and artist support all under one roof.
